Meetrics and Facebook start partnership - Kickoff for more transparency in the digital media market
The partnership of Meetrics and Facebook is the first collaboration of the social network with a European ad verification provider. The goal is to offer independent third-party verification for the delivery of display and video ads on Facebook services.
Berlin/Hamburg, March 08, 2017 – In the coming months, Meetrics, acting as an independent provider, will offer advertisers new possibilities to verify the viewability and view duration of their campaigns on Facebook services.
The partnership with Meetrics underlines Facebook’s commitment to transparency and control for advertisers. People are in touch with ads through more and more channels. Accordingly, two aspects are increasingly imported for advertisers in measuring the performance of their campaigns: cross-channel comparability and verification by independent third-party providers.
